About SAEFTY Events
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, SAEFTY held events twice a month, typically on the first and third Saturdays. We sometimes partner(ed) with local organizations for one-time or ongoing events. Since the pandemic, we have moved to online only events, such as our Halloween art hang out, and the TDOV Colour With SAEFTY event.
Some events may intentionally center children and youth who are younger (i.e. elementary school-aged) or older (i.e. high school-aged and beyond), but all events are open to trans people of all ages, as well as their families.
Some past events have included a t-shirt screen printing workshop and a human library. Schedule may vary. If you have any feedback or an idea for an event we should host, let us know! We’ll do our best to figure out the details and make it happen.

TDOV: Colour with SAEFTY!
Join us on Saturday March 23 at 1pm via Zoom to hang out, ask questions, and work on colouring sheets commissioned from local artists in our community!
